If you are doing any business it is very important to make sure that all the parties involve, are happy with the way you conduct your business. If you are a landlord and offer your property to the tenant, it is very important that you have model inventory. Model inventory or modele etat des lieux is a document that describes the condition of the property before the tenant occupies the property. This document should be sign by the parties involved that normally include: the landlord, the tenant and property agency.
