It is undeniable that the majority of yeast infection sufferers are women. But small percentages of man too are infected by this Candida infection. There are many men believe that they will not get infected, they believe that yeast infection is only for women.

For woman, they can get yeast infection from various ways; however, men will get yeast infection mostly through sexual intercourse. If your partner is infected with yeast infection and you have unprotected sex with her, your chance of the infection getting passed on to you is bigger. Just like woman, yeast infection in men is caused by the fungi called Candida Albicans. You will easily get infected by this fungus especially if you have low immune system. The most common symptom for yeast infection in men include: penile redness, penile soreness, painful in urination, penile itchy and sexual intercourse discomfort.
