Most people are believed that using this natural treatment is very effective as phytostrogen and plants progesterone have similar effect in the body.
Some natural remedies stimulate the gland to produce more natural hormone that obviously needed by your body. This will be very effective rather then restoring the body hormone artificially. As far as natural treatment is concern there are many ingredient that able to alleviate common symptoms of menopausal period of fatigue, hot flushes, depression, libido problems and vaginal dryness. The lists below are some ingredient that you should consider in treating such problems.
Estrogen treatment.
Soy.
Soybean is by far very rich in phytoestrogen that usually also called isoflavones any food that made from soybean extract is good as they still contain isoflavones which is obviously very important. Any form of soy extract would include: soy cheese, tofu, meat substitute product such as soy burger, bread and muffin that are specifically made from soy flour, soy milk which include as soy drink. Some research suggests that consuming soy bread and soy beverage that made from soy twice a day will reduce the hot flash significantly. However, this research result has bees in consistent and inconclusive result. There are some products of soy powder that obviously contain higher level of phytoestrogent than soy food. However there is little known about the hazard that may produce. Consuming soy product that contain isovlafones may have some health benefit that may include reduce the chance of having osteoporoses, heart disease, cancer, of course will lower the cholesterol level. In addition, some expert believes that phytoestrogen would in some extent reduce the risk of breast cancer. This can be done as phytoestrogen blocking the overproduction of estrogen in the body.
