As far as good diet is concern, a good diet should contain various types of food groups. These usually include a carbohydrate. The food that you consume should vitamins mineral and fiber. You can find these food from oath, rice, potatoes and obviously cereal. Fruit and vegetables too are very important as source of phytocchemicals, enzyme and micro nutrient that very essential for our diet. The second is fat, in which usually come from mono and poly saturated fat. Animal fat on the other hand is not recommended source of fat. Fat is contain double in calories, so whether you go diet for increasing or decreasing weight, fat should be consume in small amount only.
On the other hand healthy life style is very important; no matter what purpose is your diet is smoking should be avoided. Smoking is very well known as source of many medical conditions, from lung cancers to other complicated medical conditions. For those who like to enjoy afternoon boos need to be stop. Alcohol makes you bowel movement slower. In addition, alcohol will lead you to serious medical condition such kidney problems and hepatitis. Alcohol is big no for those who want to have healthy live style. It is understandable the enjoying alcohol is what everybody love to but alcohol and exercise doesn’t match at all.
Finally, healthy life style is your life style not someone else life style. So it is very important to focus to what you are doing. After all, it is you your-self who will have the benefit from the healthy life style. Believe me there is so much fun in the healthy life style. So keep exercising and stay healthy to enjoy life.
