It is very important for you to be active. If you are active, you are strong and healthy. Active is obviously very important not only for those who have weight problems but for everybody who want to stay fit and healthy. There are many people who love to enjoy exercise like play basket ball, walk or jog every morning or afternoon. This kind of activity will make your state of heath better. If you want to be at good heath you should have exercise in the gym too.
There are actually three reasons why people are exercising.
The first is for those who actually over weight. If you overweight obviously you exercise to reduce the extra fat that you have. Exercise basically will burn your fat that hopefully will reduce your weight too. Usually you can do your exercise in the gym. If you are in the gym, you will more concentrate as all people are the some like you doing exercise. Exercises at the gym are actually less distraction especially if you compare to exercise at home by your self.
The second is the person who has exercise because they are underweight. In order to increase their weight, they have to have more calories intake and on the some time work out at the gym. This is little bit tricky as exercise will burn the calories. If you are in thi categories, you should know what you are really doing. It is important that you exercise under constant supervision from the expert.
The third is exercise for fun. This person is enjoying too much the exercise and the only purpose is to be in good body shape.
